1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Autoफाराम, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Autoफाराम is an AI-powered customs declaration automation tool designed for use with Nepal's NECAS customs system. The service allows users to upload customs documents (invoices, delivery orders, packing lists), have data extracted automatically by AI, review and edit the extracted fields, and export a NECAS-compatible XML file.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the documents you upload and the final declaration data you submit to NECAS. Autoफाराम provides an automated extraction tool to assist you — it does not guarantee 100% accuracy of extracted data. You must review all extracted fields before exporting and submitting to customs authorities.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Autoफाराम for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to submitting false or fraudulent customs declarations. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service. Misuse may result in immediate termination of access.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, AI models, designs, and content comprising the Autoफाराम service are the property of Autoफाराम and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Autoफाराम is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the AI extraction will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. You are responsible for verifying all extracted data before use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autoफाराम shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any penalties, fines, or delays caused by incorrect customs declarations.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on our website.
